Community Days OutJoin us as we check out a special project created by the Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney (CAS) – Sistine Chapel: Revelations. This exciting exhibition brings one of the world’s greatest artworks to
life using powerful projection technology with high quality images from the Vatican’s archives.
We will learn about the history of the Sistine Chapel, why it was created and how it is used today – including its important role in choosing a new Pope. Through the exhibition we will also see a
beautiful recreation of the Sistine Chapel.
The organisers will provide an audio guide to the Auslan interpreters and the interpreters will provide the information to us as a group. It will be a great day together.
